Stitched North is owned and run by Sheila Pitseolak, an Inuk artisan based in Ottawa. Every hand-sewn piece is made to order by Sheila — sealskin mitts, hunter hats, earrings — with the care and patience that come from learning beside her grandmother.
The brand is quiet, premium, and personal: real materials, real stitch work, and gifts that mean something to the people who receive them.

Every piece starts with Sheila Pitseolak's own designs. Hand-sewn and hand-beaded pieces are made by Sheila herself in Ottawa, in small numbers. This line is separate from our mixed Essential, Signature and Premium gift boxes.

When is the order deadline?
Order by November 13, 2026. Northern addresses, please order by November 6.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes: 10 boxes per corporate order, in any mix of tiers. E-gift codes have no minimum.
How do I confirm an order?
A 50% deposit (non-refundable once production starts) confirms an order, and the balance is due before shipping. Orders under $2,500 and all e-gift codes are paid in full upfront. When will the gifts arrive?

Can we add our logo and a message?
Yes. Every mixed gift box (Essential, Signature, Premium) includes your logo card and message in English and French, plus a card naming each Inuit maker.
